Peach overnight oats are a per- fect summer treat! They require just 10 minutes of prep time, making them an easy and re- freshing dessert to enjoy.

Diet: Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooling Time: 8 hours Servings: 4 Calories: 302kcal

Instructions

1. Prepare the ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, com- bine the rolled oats, almond milk, diced peach, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, ma- ple syrup, and chia seeds.

  • MEAL PREP BREAKFAST RECIPE
  • Peach Overnight Oats
  • Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats 2 cups almond milk peach, diced Juice of 1 lemon 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons chia seeds overnight.

4. Add toppings and serve. Before serving, add your fa- vorite toppings for extra flavor and texture. Top with a layer of diced peaches, whipped coco- nut cream or yogurt, and finish with granola or toasted seeds for a delicious crunch.

Suggested Toppings: Diced peach Granola

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds Whipped Coconut cream or Yogurt Chia seeds

2. Mix thoroughly.

Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and the spices are fully incorporated.

3. Portion and chill.

Divide the mixture evenly among 3-4 mason jars or serv- ing cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or preferably

Notes:

Allow enough chilling time: Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, but 8-12 hours (overnight) yields the creamiest texture and best flavor.

Adjust the consistency: If the oats are too thick in the mom- ing, stir in a splash of addition- al almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Choose ripe peaches: For the best flavor, use sweet, juicy, ripe peaches. Underripe peaches can make the dish taste bland or tart.
