It began with participants observing their breaths and feel- ing any presence or movements at the heart center. This was followed by a quick reflection session in which participants were given a few questions on individual cards for them to re- flect upon.
Before leaving, a few participants were interviewed on their experience and what Humility, Kindness, and Love means to them. Three sisters of the Brah- ma kumaris Foundation were also present, and shared that HKL is about how all of hu- manity is One. They expressed that while practicing mindful walking, they felt like they were "walking on the sky," describ- ing a lightness that came from being fully present within them- selves. It was evident that the participants felt a strong form of connection as most remained until the very end. Some even expressed that initiatives like this should be made more often.

In that set- ting, the walk seemed to natu- rally belong there, as though it had always been meant to hap- pen in that space.
