The Humility, Kindness, and Love walks united people from all walks of life as they fostered a simple yet powerful message through the Tower District and the Art of Life Healing Garden in Fresno. At every step, our inner values resonated with the hearts of onlookers, creating moments of genuine connection and contemplation throughout the areas. In Tower District, a group of performers sang beautiful lyr- ics embodying our inner values, grounding us in the present mo- ment, untouched by thoughts. To close both walks, everyone closed their eyes, sat in the pres- ent, and lovingly sang, "I am humility, I am kindness, I am love," creating a lasting impact on everyone's hearts.

  • WHEN OVERTHINKING BECOMES TOO MUCHThe reason overthinking and in- trusive thoughts drain your ener- gy is because no one explained the language of the brain. The brain doesn't understand what you like or don't like. It only understands what you en- gage with. So when you react to thoughts "I don't like these thoughts, they're so mean, they hurt me, why do they keep com- ing?" the brain doesn't register that you dislike them. It only sees that you're engaging. To the brain, it's like you're play- ing with those thoughts, so it assumes you enjoy them.

Recent- ly, I have found a deep sense of meaning in learning more about her remarkable journey. Mother Teresa devoted her life to serving others selflessly, she saw the light in everyone. She didn't wait for recognition or applause; she quietly gave ev- erything she could to help others. She was born on August 26, 1910, in Skopje (now North Macedonia) as Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu. Mother Teresa was devoutly raised Albanian who felt a religious calling at age 12.

Wella BHOOem-

What better way to spend a Friday afternoon than to walk on the windy lake- front, offering warm chai and fresh cut roses to our fellow brothers and sisters, all while singing the HKL anthem.

The walk in Kingston was just one of many walks tak- ing place across the globe on Easter Weekend; cities in Canada, New Zealand, KL in which we could have a deeper and more meaning- ful experience during future walks.

Australia, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States all joined into active- ly raise the vibration of the planet.

We would like to take this opportunity to request the reader to reach out and offer ways to make the walk more inclusive and immer- sive.

For this writer, it was real- ly the afterparty that was most meaningful. Gathering at Coffee Way Donuts, we discussed where we expe- rienced humility, kindness, and love throughout the event and explored ways

KINDNESS

How can we use these walks to arouse the vir- tues of humility, kind- ness, and love latent within us all?
