  • Branching SpacesTypology- Housing Semester- 4 Site - Nehru Nagar This project emphasizes a spatially efficient housing typology that fosters communal living through interconnected spaces, inspired by the organic growth of tree branches. Organized into clusters of 12 units, every three dwellings share a semi-private threshold (Otla), enhancing interaction while maintaining privacy. Strategically placed communal washing areas (Chowkdi) at alternate levels promote shared functionality. A bridging element serves as a dynamic common space, reinforcing vertical and horizontal connectivity, creating a balance between private and collective living within a compact footprint.

  • Roza-Rozi DargahLik’ Trophy 2024 Competition The Roza Rozi Dargah was studied in depth, covering its history, site analysis, plans, sections, reflected ceiling plans, methodology, and construction technology. The project aimed to document and analyze the structure’s architectural significance, highlighting its design, materiality, and spatial composition. As part of a team of 23 members, I contributed to this comprehensive research and documentation.

Drawing from the neighbourhood’s everyday spatial practices, the design uses streets, otlas, steps, shaded passages, and courtyards to create gradual transitions, fostering interaction, play, learning, and a stronger connection between children and their community.

  • Nandyal TownshipLocation - Nandyal , Andhra Pradesh The Nandyal Township is a large-scale residential development envisioned as a self-sustained community that integrates housing, lifestyle amenities and educational infrastructure within a unified master plan. The project includes 2BHK (small and large variants) and 3BHK twin-sharing apartments, designed to cater to varied user groups while maintaining functional efficiency and comfort. Residential blocks are supported by a dedicated amenity zone and an institutional component in the form of a school, ensuring quality living supported by daily-use facilities within accessible proximity. The township emphasizes organized spatial planning, responsive circulation networks and a hierarchy of built forms that collectively shape a balanced living environment. Attention to construction detailing, scale coordination and inter-building relationships forms the core of its development strategy. The workflow of the project highlights strong interdisciplinary collaboration involving drawing development, technical coordination, 3D visualization, site implementation and team integration — reflecting the structured process behind real-time project execution.

  • Campus GuidelineLocation - Mumbai, Maharasthra (Research) This research project focuses on developing campus design guidelines with a strong emphasis on mobility, movement, and spatial efficiency. The study explores street hierarchy within a campus setting, analyzing primary, secondary, and tertiary circulation to establish clear movement patterns for pedestrians, cyclists, and service routes. Alongside mobility, it proposes corridor and pathway strategies to enhance connectivity, safety, and comfort across the site. The research also includes a detailed assessment of street furniture—such as seating, signages, lighting, and resting points—with implementation possibilities that strengthen user experience and campus identity. Through diagrams, mapping, and visual clarity, the project aims to establish a structured framework for designing functional and user-centric campus environments.

  • Mobility CorridorsThis research examines mobility corridors as the core framework for smooth campus movement. It evaluates pedestrian paths integrated with bicycle tracks to support sustainable travel, along with ramps and universal access routes for barrier-free circulation. Strategically placed EV-shuttle drop-off zones are assessed for efficient campus entry. The study also considers controlled vehicular flow to reduce conflicts among pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles. Together, these components create a safe, inclusive and easily navigable campus mobility network.

  • Thirds SpacesThis research explores Third Spaces as the informal social layer of campus life, connecting academic, residential and recreational areas. It emphasizes their role in supporting daily interaction, relaxation and cultural exchange beyond formal learning. The study identifies key typologies: pause points for rest and spontaneous conversation; plazas and courts for gatherings and student activities; and promenades that link these areas with walkable, landscaped edges. Together, they form a cohesive public realm that promotes comfort, inclusivity, accessibility and campus identity.

  • Residential TowerLocation - Malabar Hill, Mumbai This project focuses on the redevelopment of an existing residential block at Malabar Hill, transforming an aged building fabric into a modern, efficient vertical housing system. The proposal envisions a new residential tower rising up to 80 meters, addressing both spatial upgradation and increasing housing capacity within the premium urban context. The design explores an optimized floor plate, enhanced structural systems, and improved spatial layouts to meet contemporary living standards while retaining the essence of the site’s legacy. The redevelopment approach integrates natural light, ventilation, and landscape edges, creating a healthier living environment and a renewed skyline presence. The project aims to revive the site with improved amenities, resilient infrastructure, and a future-ready residential identity.
