Q2 2026 ANNOUNCEMENT
Q2 2026 marks the inaugural cycle of the 86400 R&R Program: and we are proud to share the results. 18 nominations were received across four recognition pillars. Each was evaluated against a structured Situation-Action-Result (SAR) rubric by the HR committee.
Every nomination that earned recognition had one thing in common - it told a story with numbers.
Situation: What specific problem or gap existed?
Action: What did the nominee do - specifically?
Result: What changed - in numbers, outcomes, or client impact?

Delivered UPI Help 2.0 and UPI Tap & Pay end-to-end across two concurrent GFF 2026 initiatives -covering analysis, implementation, NPCI certification, and live deployment for CASA, Credit Card, and Credit Line.
Independently initiated and delivered a fully documented UPI microservices POC using Docker, Jaeger, Grafana, OpenSearch, and Prometheus -creating a scalable observability foundation for future integrations.
