Ms. Paul will replace Mike Wade, who is retir- ing in February from his role as the Coalition's executive director, a position he has held since 1998. Ms. Paul was selected following a comprehensive statewide search led by the Coalition's executive di- rector selection committee, which considered a strong and diverse field of candidates from across California. She will join the Co- alition in mid-January and assume full responsibilities on March 1. "We were fortunate to meet with a number of exceptional individu- als who demonstrated a deep com- mitment to California agriculture and the vital role water plays in keeping our food system strong," said Greg Johnson, President of the California Farm Water Coali- tion. "We are grateful to each of the highly qualified candidates who applied. Their expertise, pas- sion, and vision were inspiring." Johnson continued, "Michelle brings nearly two decades of ex- perience working alongside farm- ers and ranchers to elevate their voices in state and federal policy conversations. Her understanding of California's agricultural land- scape paired with her strategic communications and outreach background makes her well-po- sitioned to lead the Coalition into its next chapter."

NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: If you are considering bidding on this property lien, you should understand that there are risks involved in bidding at a trustee auction. You will be bidding on a lien, not on the property itself. Placing the highest bid at a trustee auction does not entitle you to free and clear ownership of the property. You should also be aware that the lien being auctioned off may be a junior lien. If you are the highest bidder at the auction, you are or may be responsible for paying off all liens senior to the lien being auctioned off, before you can receive clear title to the property. You are encouraged to investigate the existence, priority, and size of outstanding liens that may exist on this property by contacting the county recorder's office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge you a fee for this information. If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware that the same lender may hold more than one mortgage or deed of trust on the property.

NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: The sale date shown on this notice of sale may be postponed one or more times by the mortgagee, beneficiary, trustee, or a court, pursuant to Section 2924g of the California Civil Code. Said sale will be made, but without covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances, to pay the remaining principal sum of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust, estimated fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, estimated fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to-wit: $100,000.00 (Estimated). • Signs Term Limits Pledge

Peder

San Bernardino, CA 2025 San Bernardino city council candi- date, Omar Williams (1st Ward), signed the Term Limits Municipal Pledge supporting term limits on all elected city council members. U.S. Term Limits praises Wil- liams for his commitment to this important issue. Williams says, "I believe that no position should hold office longer than 8 years. If elected I will only serve 8 years in City Council. "

The municipal term limits pledge reads, "I pledge, that as a member of the city council, I will sponsor and vote in favor of city council term limits no longer than 8 years."

As President Harry Truman once said, 'Term limits cure senility and seniority - both terrible legislative diseases. This renders term lim- its as not only a cure, but a safe- guard."

If elected, Williams will be the first San Bernardino City Council member to have signed the pledge to term limit the council to eight years.
