She brings over 25 years of experience in event production, marketing, branding, and business development. She has produced and helped corporate and social events for Fortune 500 companies such as NFL, MLS, NBC, Microsoft, Google, Starbucks, and Boeing, as well as for non-profits and municipalities.

Lisette Garcia As Executive Director of the Greater Miami LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce Lisette will lead community connections, event planning, & creation. She brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, and community engagement to her role as Co-Event Director for the ThriveWell Retreat.
Her career spans industries, from launching mobility solutions in major U.S. cities to producing large-scale events and leading external affairs at companies like Lime, Sony Music, and Color Magazine. With a B.S. in Management, Lisette blends strategic insight, operational excellence, and deep community connection, bringing the leadership and vision needed to elevate our event to the next level.
