ABSTRACT This study evaluates the effect of organic fertilization using the biofertilizer "Super Magro" on the improvement and growth of Kikuyu grass (*Pennisetum clandestinum*) pastures at the Colegio Campestre Jaime Garzón, located in the Sumapaz district of Bogotá D.C. A quantitative, experimental approach was employed, involving plot demarcation and division, preparation of the biofertilizer, growth sampling, and foliar fertilization. The results showed a substantial increase in the height and biomass of the fertilized forage (rising from an initial 45 cm to 70 cm at the first measurement) compared to untreated areas. It is concluded that fertilization with "Super Magro" is a viable, sustainable, and cost-effective strategy for improving nutrient availability and the yield of livestock pastures in the *páramo* región.
KEYWORDS: Super Magro, organic fertilization, kikuyu (Pennisetum clandestinum), pastures, Sumapaz, biomass.
