A DREAM THAT STARTED AT THREEEvery great athlete begins with a dream. For Julieta Suárez Erazo, that dream started at just three years old, when she first stepped into the world of Colombian Paso Horse Riding. Born in Medellín, Colombia, Julieta discovered an extraordinary connection with horses at an early age. What began as childhood curiosity soon evolved into a genuine passion for Chalanería, one of Colombia’s most elegant and traditional equestrian disciplines.
THE ROAD TO TEAM COLOMBIAGreat achievements are never the result of a single competition. Between 2024 and 2026, Julieta traveled throughout Colombia, competing against the country’s best young riders. Every event, every training session and every kilometer traveled became part of a journey defined by perseverance and continuous improvement.
Every Champion Starts with a DreamSome dreams begin in childhood. Others begin the first time a young rider feels the heartbeat of a horse beneath them.
